UAE Customs Overview

UAE customs is administered by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), with operations split between Dubai Customs and Abu Dhabi Customs Administration. The standard import duty is 5% on CIF value for most goods, with exemptions for GCC-origin shipments under the GCC Customs Union and certain free-zone movements.
